The app is suitable for a general audience. Study Circles require an account and are intended for teens and adults.
Most of the app works without an account. If you sign in to join a Study Circle, you're responsible for keeping your access secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Study Circles let you and people you invite encourage one another in God's Word. Within a circle, members can see each other's study progress and send a fixed set of preset encouragements (for example, “Praying” or “Amen”). There is no free‑text messaging — so there is no user‑generated content. Please use invitations respectfully and only invite people you know.
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt or abuse the service, using it unlawfully, or infringing others' rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Scripture is provided by YouVersion Bible and API.Bible and is shown verbatim with attribution. Bible stories, reflections, and companion stories are our original content and are provided for personal, non‑commercial study. You may not redistribute the app's content as your own.
The only information you provide is any optional feedback you send us and the study progress shared within your circle. By using these features you grant us a limited license to store and display that information so the features can work. Your personal notes, prayers, and highlights stay on your device.
The app is a study and devotional tool. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, or for professional, medical, legal, or mental‑health advice.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTech Cyber LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify users in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
